I was inspired by a photo showing an F/A-18 Hornet flying side-by-side with an old Curtiss SB2C Helldiver. My crazy mind envisioned a most improbable cross between these two aircraft, which I initially dubbed the "Hell Hornet" until I settled for the (slightly) more realistic F3D-1 Wasp...
