The Ki-145 is an elongated version of the Ki-45 Toryu ("Nick") (see image below right) with room for passengers, an extra cockpit and a turret underneath!

Never decided on its purpose nor did I care to differentiate the drawing further from the original. Let's say it's an all-purpose, kind of Swiss-knife kind of aircraft... and clearly not my best idea!
