The Boeing Model 888 Dragonliner was created by reusing the experimental X-50 Dragonfly fixed rotor subscale unmanned prototype (below right) and enlarging it considerably to turn it into an airliner.

Actually, I didn't change one thing to the design itself, I just changed the proportions and added windows, cockpit etc.
